Exchange and Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange or replacement policy for all unused, unworn, undamaged, and completely intact items. Items can be exchanged if there are issues with quality, size, missing items, wrong products received, or product dislike.

Customers should contact the Sterluv team via phone at 9776601320 or email at customercare@sterluv.com. Our agent will arrange for the pick-up of the item.

Courier partners will pick up the item within 3-4 business days. The item will be brought back to the warehouse where it will be checked by the quality control team. Once the product passes quality control, a replacement will be initiated. If the product received is damaged, a refund will be initiated; otherwise, store credits for the same amount will be issued, which can be redeemed for future purchases.

If you are unavailable or unable to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, which will extend the overall timeline.

While most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse logistics, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to send the product to our warehouse via an alternate courier service, such as India Post. We will reimburse all reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 80) incurred by you for processing such a return order for the product replacement.

If the charges exceed Rs 80, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs 80 will have to be borne by the customer.

Missing/Broken item verification can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video. If items are missing from return orders for replacement — where a customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup does not include all specified items — Sterluv reserves the right not to process the exchange/replacement request.
